I have not received an order and shipping confirmation

The following steps should resolve the problem:

  1. Check your " Junk Mail "
  2. Log in to your account and verify the email address you provided to register with Boutique Arthur.
  3. Look in the " My Orders " section of your customer account to see if your order has been registered

If you still can't find the confirmation email, please contact our customer service team who will do their best to assist you.

The products presented on Boutique Arthur correspond to our articles available in stock. If you cannot select your size, the item is unfortunately out of stock. You can subscribe to our stock alert by entering your e-mail address. You will be automatically notified as soon as your size is back in stock.

To track the status of your order, go to " My account ", then to the " My Orders " tab

I want to change my order

You can add or remove items from your shopping cart until you receive a shipping confirmation !

Once your order has been dispatched, you will not be able to change the details of your order, your delivery address or your delivery point. 

Nevertheless, for any modification of delivery or cancellation of order, within the hours following your purchase, you can contact our customer service at +33 (0)1 56 47 03 06 or via our contact form.

How do I use my promotional code?

If you have a promotional offer, simply enter the code you have been provided with in the " promotional code " box on the " basket " page.

If you have a voucher, simply select " payment by voucher " on the payment page. If you have several vouchers, please select the one you wish to use.

Good to know : If the amount of your promotional code or credit is less than the value of your purchase, you will have to complete your payment by credit card or Paypal.

I have a delivery problem, what should I do?

- My package is blocked by customs

Packages take only a few days to clear customs.

If you see that your package has been held up for several days, please feel free to contact us and we will do what is necessary to take care of the shipment.


- My package is "delivered" but I have not received it

If the tracking system declares your parcel delivered to a letterbox, do not hesitate to ask your guardian, neighbours, shops down the street or the nearest post office if they have not received it by mistake. Postmen are not able to give precise information about where the parcel was delivered.

If your searches are unsuccessful, we advise you to contact La Poste at 3631 to have more information on the tracking of your parcel and thus, file a claim.

- My package is gone, but whereù My order is late

If you see on the tracking of your package, that it has been blocked for several days, contact our customer service. We will contact the Post Office to launch an investigation.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

To track the delivery of your parcel, we invite you to go to the “ My orders " section on your customer area. There you will be able to retrieve your tracking number as well as all the information relating to your order.

How long does it take to process my order?

Any order placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm will be prepared and shipped the same day. You will be notified of the delivery of your package directly by email and SMS (remember to look in your junk mail !).

You can also check the status of your order and track your package with the tracking number from your Arthur customer account in the " My orders " section.

Delivery is free for all orders over 120 euros, in France, Belgium, Spain, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Are all your products made from organic and recycled materials?

At Arthur, we are committed to offering quality, sustainable and eco-friendly materials. That's why, today, 80% of our collection of pyjamasand boxers and boxers is made of organic cotton.

In summer we also offer our men's swim shorts and child in innovative materials and patterns. In order to turn towards a more eco responsible fashion, half of our swim shorts collection is made with fabric made from recycled plastic bottles !

Can I make a return directly to the shop?

For the time being, the purchases made online are valid only on our online shop! And conversely, purchases in the shop cannot be returned to the shop.

Who pays for the return delivery ?

Items purchased on the Boutique-arthur.com website can be returned and you can request an exchange or refund. Arthur takes care of the return shipping costs for all orders delivered in France. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense for all orders shipped within Europe and abroad.

How to return a product? (International delivery)

For all return requests, simply send your item intact in its original packaging, along with the reason for return and the order number. You must therefore place your product in a cardboard box and send it back to us at the following address :

How to return a product ? (Delivery in France)

For all exchange or refund requestsPlease ensure that the items are intact, in their original packaging with the labels attached to the product.

1 - Click on the following link: RETURN SERVICE

2 - Once your declaration has been made, you will receive your return label by email. Print it out and stick it on your parcel, which must be closed securely.

3 - Return your parcel by La Poste or Relais Colis and make sure that a date stamp is attached to your proof of delivery.


Drop your package in your mailbox. Follow these steps:

1 - Go to : https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/retourbal/formulaire

2 - Enter your 13-digit parcel number, beginning with " 8R... ". This number is located on the return label under the first barcode.

3 - Drop your package in your mailbox to be picked up the next day. 

Once your return is received, the returned products will be exchanged or refunded within 7 days.

The size of my item purchased online does not fit, can I make an exchange directly in stores?
